  • Payment & Transaction Data: Payment method details (handled securely by PCIDSS-compliant third-party processors), transaction history, and receipts.
  • Errand Details: Item descriptions, pickup/dropoff locations, delivery instructions, and photos of items.

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, in-app interactions, and click behavior.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

To fulfill errands:

  • Runners may see pickup/dropoff details, customer name, and item info.
  • Customers may see Runner details necessary for the task (e.g., name, photo).
  • We minimize unnecessary data exposure.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, such as:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave).
  • Identity verification partners.
  • Cloud hosting providers.
  • Customer support tools.

These parties are contractually required to protect your data.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

  • To comply with legal obligations (including court orders or requests from the Nigeria Police Force).
